Delivery and packaging 

 

Items will be usually be shipped within 5-7 working days from confirmation of order except on the rare occasions that they are not in stock and need to be made. Bespoke and made to order items will differ in delivery times and will be confirmed after order.

 

Items will be wrapped in tissue and inside an organza gift bag.

 

Postage cost will be £2.95 and items will be sent using the Signed-For 1st Class Royal Mail service.

General information

 

All items described as silver are sterling silver but most items are not hallmarked due to the additional cost and logistics of having individual items hallmarked.

 

Silver does tarnish over time. I find the best way to revive silver items to their full brilliance is with a soft silver cloth.

 

Returns 

 

Please always check your order upon delivery and get in touch immediately if there are any problems so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. 

 

I have a 30 day return policy.  Your item must be unworn and in the condition that you received it. Items must be carefully wrapped when returned to ensure they are not damaged in transit.  Unfortunately I am unable to accept any returns of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons. 

 

To start the return process please contact me using the contact form on the website. Please send photos of any issues if you can. If your return is accepted it is your responsibility to pay the return postage costs. I’m afraid I can’t accept items returned if you haven’t requested a return first. 

 

I’m afraid I also cannot accept returns of special orders and bespoke items. 

 

Refunds 

 

I will contact you once I have received your returned item and will let you know if I can accept your refund. 

 

Your refund will be given using your original payment method. Please allow time for this to take place as it can take your bank or credit card company a few days to process.
